On 1 December 2022, leaders, innovators, and industry professionals gathered in London for the 9th Annual International Brilliance Awards™, celebrating outstanding achievements across Business, HR, Internal Communications, Marketing, and PR.

Held at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, the evening brought together organisations and individuals whose work demonstrates true brilliance, measurable impact, and excellence in execution.

The ceremony was hosted by world champion kayaker and inspirational speaker Anna Hemmings, who guided the audience through an elegant evening that included welcome drinks, a celebratory dinner, and a moving speech on sustainable high performance.
