What Happens After You Enter?

Submitting your entry to the International Brilliance Awards™ is an important moment. You’ve reflected on your achievements, gathered the evidence, told the story behind your work and put forward something you believe deserves recognition.

Behind every submission is a story of ideas, commitment, collaboration and results. Whether you are recognising an individual achievement, an outstanding team, an innovative project or an organisation making an impact, entering is an opportunity to make that work visible.

But what happens after you press submit?

Your entry begins its journey through the International Brilliance Awards™ judging process, where submissions are independently assessed by experienced professionals from across industries and disciplines.

From the first review to the awards ceremony in London, every stage is part of a journey designed to identify, recognise and celebrate Brilliance.

1. Your entry is reviewed

Once your submission has been received, it moves into the review and judging process. Judges consider the strength of your entry, the story behind the achievement and the evidence you have provided to demonstrate its impact.

This is where the work you put into your submission matters. Clear examples, measurable results and strong supporting evidence help bring your achievement to life and show why it deserves recognition.

2. Independent judging takes place

Entries are evaluated through a structured judging process designed to recognise genuine achievement and impact.

Our judging panel brings together experienced professionals from a wide range of industries, disciplines and professional backgrounds. Their expertise and perspectives help ensure that entries are considered thoughtfully, with the focus firmly on the quality of the achievement presented.

Every submission is an opportunity to demonstrate what makes your work stand out, whether that is innovation, leadership, creativity, transformation, teamwork or measurable impact.

3. Outstanding work is recognised

The International Brilliance Awards™ are about more than a trophy. They are about recognising the people, teams and organisations behind exceptional work.

Successful entries gain the opportunity to have their achievements recognised on an international stage, bringing greater visibility to the ideas, initiatives and results that deserve to be celebrated.

For organisations, recognition can also become a moment to share with employees, clients, partners and wider professional communities: turning an achievement into a story that can continue well beyond the awards process.

4. Then comes the celebration

The journey culminates at the International Brilliance Awards™ ceremony in London on 28 January 2027, bringing together the Brilliance community for an evening of recognition and celebration.

Hosted at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, the ceremony is a chance to celebrate achievements, recognise the people behind them and connect with professionals and organisations from across industries.

It is where the work behind each entry moves from the submission page to the awards stage and where outstanding achievements receive their moment in the spotlight.

Whatever the achievement, entering gives you the opportunity to tell its story, reflect on what has been accomplished and put forward the work you believe deserves to be seen.

Because Brilliance is not simply about doing great work. It is about recognising the ideas, people and achievements that make a genuine difference.

Your entry is more than a submission.

It could be the beginning of your Brilliance story.
