The HR Brilliance Awards™ celebrate the very best in people management, workplace culture, and organisational development. Entries are open to organisations and individuals worldwide — large or small, public or private, for-profit or non-profit. If your work demonstrates innovation, impact, or excellence in the past 2 years, you’re eligible to enter.

The ceremony takes place on 22 January 2026 at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London. The evening includes a drinks reception, networking, the official awards presentation, and an after-show party celebrating the winners in true Brilliance™ style.
