The journey began with Allianz Technology’s AI Run in 2024, evolving into the Global AI Run in 2025 for all Allianz employees worldwide. This expansion included a set of AI upskilling offers targeted to employees and leaders at various skill levels. The program’s success lies in its personalised approach tailored to diverse learning styles. As a result, the Global AI Run has significantly increased the responsible and innovative use of internal AI applications, contributing to solutions that drive business impact and support Allianz’s strategic growth.
Because of the Global AI Run, AI understanding and adoption are not just a buzzword, but a lived reality in Allianz.
