This award is an opportunity to remind people yet again of the full-scale war in Ukraine and the horror that thousands of our fellow citizens are facing. It is our gratitude to veterans and support on their journey back to civilian life. Our duty as an employer is to create comfortable working and living conditions for them. We must build a tolerant and barrier-free society. We are facing severe challenges, but we will cope – together, side by side, in a democratic and free world.
