The First 10 Judges Confirmed for the International Brilliance Awards 2027
Behind every respected awards programme is a panel of experienced judges whose expertise and integrity shape the final results. Their role is critical, carefully reviewing submissions, understanding the context behind each entry, and determining which organisations and individuals truly deserve recognition.
The International Brilliance Awards 2027 has now begun confirming its judging panel, starting with a group of experienced professionals whose careers span communications, human resources, technology, marketing, and business leadership.
Each judge brings extensive industry experience. Some lead people and culture strategies within major organisations, while others work closely with brands, technology, and business development. Together, they represent a diverse range of expertise and perspectives on how organisations operate and how meaningful work should be recognised.
The first judges confirmed for the 2027 panel are:
- Nicole Bearne — Founder and Director, The Comms Exchange
- Prof. Dr. M. Amr Sadik — Group Chief Human Resources Officer, KataKit
- Toria Walters — Chief People Officer, ANS Group
- Mayada Maged — Managing Partner, Staff Arabia
- Milind Jagre — Machine Learning Engineer, Apple
- Tanya Peasgood — Head of Consultancy, Williams Commerce
- Patrick Wall — Managing Partner, DOOH.com
- Chow Kok Keong — Senior Creative and Brand Communications Leader, Atomic
- Madhuri Latha Gondi — Mobile Lead, Carnival Cruise Line
- Wiktoria Wójcik — Co-founder, inStreamly and New Game+
Bringing together professionals from different disciplines is a deliberate choice. The Brilliance Awards receive entries from across HR, Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, and business leadership. A diverse judging panel helps ensure that each submission is reviewed with the right expertise and understanding of the field it represents.
As Maka Quparadze, Head of Awards, explains:
We choose judges who bring strong professional experience and a thoughtful perspective. That helps ensure that every entry is reviewed with care and a clear understanding of the work behind it.
Additional judges will join the panel as the awards programme develops.
For organisations preparing their entries, the judging stage is often one of the most meaningful parts of the process. Their work is reviewed by people who understand the challenges behind it and who recognise the effort required to deliver results.
The International Brilliance Awards recognise organisations and individuals whose work reflects strong leadership, thoughtful ideas, and results that can clearly be seen inside their organisations and industries. The awards celebrate projects, initiatives, and achievements that show dedication, creativity, and a commitment to doing things well.
Entries for the International Brilliance Awards 2027 are now open, inviting organisations and teams from around the world to present the work they are most proud of.
