Biography

We are delighted to welcome Toria Walters, Chief People Officer at ANS Group, to the judging panel of the International Brilliance Awards™ 2026.

Since joining ANS in August 2022, Toria has led the People and Comms function with a sharp focus on culture, wellbeing, diversity, and employee development. She has been instrumental in shaping the company’s ESG and ED&I strategies, evolving its culture, and supporting its exciting move into a new headquarters.

Her leadership spans career mapping, leadership development, external community programmes, and employee benefits — all aimed at making organisations the very best places to work.

Prior to ANS Group, Toria held senior HR and leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Samsung, Santander, Dentsu, and Dixons Carphone.

Toria brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for supporting people at every stage of their working journey — qualities that make her a brilliant addition to this year’s judging panel.
