Prof. Dr M. Amr Sadik – Chief Human Resources & Organisational Development Officer | Global HR Strategist & Award-Winning Thought Leader.
A seasoned HR executive with over 30 years of leadership across local, regional, and international organisations in the Arab region, Prof. Dr Sadik has built a distinguished career by translating strategic intent into impactful people programs.
He has spearheaded the formulation and integration of end-to-end HR strategies, policies, and procedures that drive organisational performance and culture change.
Recognised with multiple international HR awards and accolades from the UK, Russia, Ghana, Malaysia, India, and the USA—and was named one of the Top HR’s Most Internationally Influential Thinkers in 2014—he brings a proactive, results-oriented approach to every initiative, and in 2025 was ranked No. 20 from the top 50 global thought leaders on HR.
With 20 years in the hospitality industry with chain hotels and resorts, such as GUSTAR, Sherston, Accor, Mövenpick, and Safir, he also received the President’s Award fromSheraton Hotels for Business Results, and the Best Manager Award from Jolie Ville Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.
Currently, as Chief Human Resources & Organisational Development Officer at Mashroo3k, he oversees talentanis management, orgational design, and culture-building initiatives to foster high-performing teams.
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Learning & Development at Educators Learning Solutions, he shapes strategic learning interventions across Egypt, the Middle East and the UK. Through his long-standing partnership with Dimensions Consulting, he advises clients on HR strategy, organisational diagnostics, leadership development, and action-driven workshops.
Dr. Sadik’s career highlights include serving as Group Chief HR Officer for MGG in Syria and El-Sewedy Cables in Egypt, Chief HR Officer at CDIC, and Vice President at INTEX.
He has also directed HR and academy functions at Syriatel, optimised talent practices at leading hospitality brands across Egypt and KSA, and managed major change projects.
His academic contributions as a lecturer at ESLSCA Business School, HIBA, and ipe Management School in Paris further underscore his commitment to developing the next generation of HR leaders.
With deep expertise in strategic planning, talent development, and organisational transformation—and a reputation for integrity, influence, and a global perspective—Prof. Dr Sadik is passionate about empowering organisations to thrive through people.
He published several books in Germany and India, and more than 40 articles at HR Future magazine in South Africa.
