Yes. You can submit entries in multiple categories, provided each entry is tailored to the specific criteria of that category.

What information do I need to provide?

Each entry should include:

  • A written submission following the category criteria
  • Supporting evidence (such as campaign results, testimonials, reports, or visuals)
  • A brief summary highlighting key achievements
  • Your organisation’s logo and/or a high-resolution image

Do I need to use the official entry form?

Yes. All submissions must be completed using the official International Brilliance Awards™ entry form available through the awards platform.

Can I include visuals or videos in my entry?

Yes. You can upload supporting materials such as images, PDFs, and video links to strengthen your submission.

Yes. Each upload must not exceed the limit stated on the entry platform (typically 10MB per file). For larger files, please share a secure link (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, or Vimeo).

Do I need to send physical copies?

No. All entries and supporting materials should be submitted digitally through the platform.

Can I Use AI to Write My Entries?

AI can be a useful tool when used responsibly in awards entries — for example, to correct grammar, improve structure, or make the writing clearer. As long as the content genuinely represents the entrant’s own work and is supported by relevant evidence or materials, this is completely acceptable.

What matters most is authenticity and substance. If AI is used to fabricate ideas, exaggerate results, or add unnecessary jargon that hides the real achievement, it compromises the integrity of the entry.

Entries that appear to be heavily written or generated by AI, without genuine insight or originality, will be marked down by the judges.

In short, AI should assist clarity, not replace creativity or authenticity.

What happens if I provide incorrect information?

Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.

Can I be shortlisted for more than one award?

Yes, organisations can be shortlisted for multiple categories.

Can I edit my entry after submission?

You may edit your entry at any time before submission. Once submitted, all entries are considered final.

Can I withdraw my entry after submission?
