Eligibility & Rules

Your roadmap to a valid and successful entry.

Eligibility

  1. Who Can Enter:
The International Brilliance Awards are open to organisations and individuals worldwide — including large corporations, SMEs, start-ups, non-profits, and public sector institutions, from all industries and sectors.

  2. Timeframe:
Entries must represent work, achievements, campaigns, or innovations that were implemented or had measurable impact within the last two years.

  3. Multiple Entries:
Entrants may submit multiple entries across multiple categories, provided each submission meets the eligibility criteria for its respective category.

  4. Authorisation & Permissions:
Entrants must be authorised to submit entries on behalf of their organisation. If the work was created for a client, agencies or third parties must obtain permission from the commissioning brand or organisation before submission.

  5. Original Work:
Entries must represent original work that has not been banned, withdrawn from the market, or involved in any legal or ethical disputes.

  6. Previous Entries:
Projects submitted in previous years may be re-entered only if they include significant new results, developments, or achievements since the last submission.

All materials submitted must be final versions. Revisions or replacements cannot be accepted after the entry deadline.

  7. Language:
All entries and supporting content must be understandable in English.

  8. Judging:
Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of international experts. All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Confidentiality & Integrity

  1. Confidentiality:
All judges are bound by non-disclosure agreements to ensure the confidentiality of submitted materials. Sensitive information should be clearly marked as confidential within your submission.

  2. Use of AI in Entries:
AI can be a helpful tool when used responsibly — for example, to improve grammar, structure, or clarity. As long as the content accurately represents the entrant’s own work and is supported by genuine evidence or materials, this is acceptable. However, entries that appear to be heavily written or generated by AI, without clear originality or insight, will be marked down by the judges.
  3. Accuracy of Information:
Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any awards or recognition.

  4. Reputation Protection:
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that may bring the International Brilliance Awards or its partners into disrepute.

  5. Public Announcements:
Non-confidential information from winning and shortlisted entries may be used for promotional purposes, including press releases, social media, and the official website. Entrants who wish to opt out of publicity must inform the organisers before the shortlist announcement.

Agreement

By submitting an entry, all entrants agree to abide by the official Terms and Conditions of the International Brilliance Awards™ and acknowledge that the judges’ decisions are final and binding.
